Chocolate that has encountered melting will appear dull coloured or may have greyish/white streaks and dots. This indicates that the cocoa butter is separating from the chocolate and is rising to the surface. Although not the prettiest in appearance, the chocolate is fine to eat with little impact to the texture or taste of the chocolate.

Sweet and melty
Whilst on the sweeter side, this chocolate bar tastes like white chocolate. It melts nicely and can be used in cookies, as a candy coating, and more. The only negative is that it is very sweet!

Tried and true
We enjoy these broken up in cookies, drizzled on truffles, and for peppermint bark or popcorn. We have never been disappointed. My husband won't eat it plain, but it's great in the aforementioned goodies.
