Payment Options
All prices are in Canadian dollars.
No Nuts About Us accepts all major credit cards and PayPal.
We also accept email money transfers - if you would like to select this option, please follow the instructions on the EMT page during checkout. You order will not be processed until the EMT is complete. Send your EMT to and use the order number and your last name as the password. Example: if your order number is 82 and your last name is smith, use 82smith as your password for the EMT.
Local pick up and delivery customers are welcome to pay with cash - please email orders@nonutsaboutus before you place your order. 
Our goal at No Nuts About Us is to ensure that you are totally satisfied with your shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us with 7 days of receiving your item. 

Opened or used products, or any personal care items (due to their delicate usage) are not eligible for return. 
Only regular priced items may be returned. Items in the "reduced to clear" section are final sale.
*Please note that we are not the manufacturers of the products we sell. If you have a performance and/or warranty issue, or a general complaint with a product, please contact the manufacturer. Many of our manufacturers offer a satisfaction guarantee.

If you would like to make a return request, please email with your order number, the item(s) that you would like to return, and the reason for the return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it.
EMT returns are subject to a $2 fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
You are responsible for shipping fees to return the item to us. We recommend tracked and insured shipping to guarantee the item will be returned to us.
