Shipping & Returns

Shipping charges have remained the same since opening in 2016. Due to an increase in shipping rates from all couriers and shippers in 2019, No Nuts About Us shipping rates will change accordingly.

The new rates will initially be trial-based, meaning they are subject to change based on a variety of factors. As of January 1, 2019, a flat rate shipping fee will apply to all Canadian orders (shipping rates will be reduced in remote areas of Canada). Free shipping promotions will run at selected times throughout the year.

Shipping Times

No Nuts About Us is located in Southern Ontario. That means that orders to t\Ontario and Quebec will arrive more quickly than orders to BC, Alberta, Nova Scotia, other provinces and territories, and the USA.

Orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via e-mail when your order ships.

Please be aware that once your order is with the shipping carrier, we cannot influence the shipment speed, delivery time, etc. We are also not responsible for delivery delays due to incomplete addresses. We try our best to catch incomplete addresses prior to shipment and contact you, which may cause order delays so please ensure you list a full address (not just a PO box).

Canadian Shipping

No Nuts About Us offers flat rate shipping (to most provinces) of $9.99 per order.

Remote areas, difficult to serve, and air stage areas will incur additional shipping fees.

Orders are typically delivered within 1-7 days; however, remote areas may take up to 13 days. If you are in a hurry and wish to have your order expedited, please email orders@nonutsaboutus.ca to request expedited delivery (additional costs may apply).

Free Local Pickup

Free local pick up is available in the Grey Bruce area. Pick up is limited to certain days and times. If you will be picking up your order in Southampton, Ontario, select the local pickup option during checkout. If you select this option and require shipping, fees for shipping will be charged before your order can be processed.

US Shipping

No Nuts About Us offers flat rate shipping based on your order total to the 48 contiguous United States and Washington D.C. Shipping fees and products prices are charged in Canadian dollars.

$50 and under = $15.99

$50.01-$100 = $20.00

$100.01-$150 = $25.00

$150.01-$200 = $30.00

$200.01 and up = $35.00

Orders to the USA may take 7-21 days to be delivered depending on customs; however, remote areas may take longer. If you are in a hurry and wish to have your order expedited, please email orders@nonutsaboutus.ca to request expedited delivery (additional costs may apply).

Please note that fees, duties or taxes may be charged on US orders. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost Orders

If your order has not been received but the tracking information is stating that it's been delivered, please let us know. However, you must also reach out to the shipping company directly as we are not responsible for lost orders after they have left our facility.

Temperature Controlled Delivery

Some items may not be available for delivery when the temperature is over 20 degrees Celsius. Please check the disclaimer on the product for more information. Temperature controlled delivery is available for an additional cost. Please email info@nonutsaboutus.ca for detailed information on temperature controlled delivery.     

Returns
 
Our goal at No Nuts About Us is to ensure that you are totally satisfied with your shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will do our very best to make it right.

Due to the nature of our products, food, personal care, and cleaning items are not eligible for return.
 
Accessories are eligible for return. Only regular priced items may be returned.
 
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
 
If you would like to make a return request, please email orders@nonutsaboutus.ca with your order number, the item(s) that you would like to return, and the reason for the return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. You are responsible for shipping fees to return the item to us. We recommend tracked and insured shipping to guarantee the item will be returned to us.
 
EMT returns are subject to a $2 fee.
