No Nuts About Us accepts all major credit cards.
We also accept email money transfers - if you would like to select this option, please email before placing your order.
Local pick up and delivery customers are welcome to pay with cash - please email orders@nonutsaboutus before you place your order. 
Our goal at No Nuts About Us is to ensure that you are totally satisfied with your shopping experience. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us with 7 days of receiving your item. 

Opened or used products, or any personal care items (due to their delicate usage) are not eligible for return.
Only regular priced items may be returned.
*Please note that we are not the manufacturers of the products we sell. If you have a performance and/or warranty issue, or a general complaint with a product, please contact the manufacturer. Many of our manufacturers offer a satisfaction guarantee.

If you would like to make a return request, please email with your order number, the item(s) that you would like to return, and the reason for the return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. EMT returns are subject to a $2 fee. You are responsible for shipping fees to return the item to us.
