Cha's Organics Coconut Whipping Cream

Cut your baking time in half with ready to whip unsweetened coconut whipping cream. Just chill, whip, add your favourite flavourings such as cacao, vanilla and or any sweetener of your choice and serve. This whipping cream will not droop, melt or separate after icing your desserts.

For optimal results, place the can of coconut whipping cream in the fridge for a minimum of 2-4 hours or overnight prior to use. Scoop the pre-chilled solid contents into a large bowl. Whip with an electric mixer for 1-2 minutes until stiff peaks form - this product will not whip effectively with a hand whisk. Add your desired flavourings and sweeteners if desired and continue to whip until well combined. Refrigerate after opening and consume within 3 days.
