- Heat 2 Tbsp of cooking oil on medium heat, stir in contents of soup paste and herb pouches and sauté 1 minute.
- Add 1 to 2 cups of vegetables and protein of your choice then sauté 5 minutes.
- Add 3 cups of water or 1 can (400 mL) of Light Coconut Milk with 1½ cups of water and simmer 10 minutes or until all ingredients are well cooked.
- Season to taste with salt and lime juice and serve with fresh cilantro or Thai basil.
