Sunflower seeds
Hard to find a seed that is free of top allergens. My daughter though they were pretty strong tasting and said she wouldn't eat them just by them self but looks forward to adding them to salads or other dishes as toppings. I didn't get a chance to try as she took them back to university with her. Keep in mind she has never had sunflower seeds in her life before these due to her allergies.

Finally- nut free seeds!
Was so happy to find these nut-free sunflower seeds. My son is allergic to TN, and I had a hard time finding sunflower seeds with no cross-contamination. These seeds are as advertised, and I use them in recipes in place of nuts.

Kernels Taset Great
Like all the Newton's No Gluten products I have purchased this is flavourful and fresh. Add to stir fries, salad toppings, to make protein bars and granola. The list go on. Only sunflower kernels I could find that are peanut free.
