The Pascha chocolate facility is free of peanuts and tree nuts as well as being free of the top 8 food allergens in the USA.
Pascha chocolate is sourced from single-origin, organic, fine aroma Criollo cacao beans, grown in the foothills of the Andes Mountains leading down to the Amazon Rainforest. They make their chocolate “Bean to Bar At Source”, which means that the cocoa beans are fresher and younger when they are made into chocolate. The beans travel very minimally, from cacao bean field to local village to collection point and on to the nearby chocolate factory.
In addition, Pascha chocolate contains no emulsifiers, refined sugar, palm oil, gluten, oats, barley, carrageenan, coconut, sesame, sulfites, mustard, legumes (including peas), sunflower, cherries, raspberries, kiwi, grapes, sage, and sorghum.
A vegan, organic white chocolate alternative, made with organic cocoa butter and using rice milk instead of dairy milk. Pascha includes a little vanilla to round out the yummy flavor of the organic cocoa butter. Made from the bean at the source in Peru, travelling from the growing region to the manufacturing plant so it's practically tree-to-bar.

Not too sweet
Another brand of white chocolate is way too sweet. This one is still sweet, but at a much more enjoyable level. The chocolate itself is smooth and melts on your tongue. It's extremely nice to have a safe white chocolate option. Yummy!
