No Nuts About Us began as a safe shoppe for families with severe peanut and tree nut allergies and has grown to serve many more within the allergy community. Now we've added a subscription box full of thoughtfully curated goodies for your family!

We know from experience that it is frustrating and exhausting to read food labels diligently while sourcing safe foods for you or a loved one. We know it's scary to try new products. We want to relieve some of that stress and help you try some new products.

As a subscription box you only need to sign up once and have safe products delivered to your door every other month - without any added time on your part. Let us help to ease your food allergy anxiety.

  • Contains a variety of single and full size products from brands that are manufactured in peanut and tree nut free facilities.
  • Each box will contain a variety of sweet and savoury peanut and tree nut free food items and personal care products.
  • Many products are also non-GMO or organic.
  • No-commitment subscription service; feel free to cancel anytime - although you'll miss out on some amazing goodies!
  • Option to skip a box if you will be away.
  • You will never receive the same product twice within the calendar year (Jan-Dec), although in some cases you may receive a different flavour/variation.

Boxes ship between the 1st and 15th of the following months: February, April, June, August, October, and December.

Shipping fees in Canada and the USA varies by province/state. Shipping is via courier or Canada Post.

 

Product Safety Disclaimer

We aspire to broaden product choices for children and adults with food allergies as well as their families and friends. We only use products reported by the manufacturer to be made in peanut free and tree nut free facilities. We follow up with every manufacturer to confirm their nut free status. We would not offer for sale any item that we wouldn’t trust in our own home. Note: Since we are located in Canada, we follow Health Canada's allergy labelling guidelines. Coconut is NOT considered a tree nut according to Health Canada's allergy labelling guidelines. That said, we do have many items that are also from coconut free facilities.

Please note, we are a retailer and do not take responsibility for the certification of allergy free products, accuracy of ingredients or nutritional information of manufacturer products. The allergy free certification varies with each manufacturer as there is no universal allergy free facility certification in Canada. Manufacturers may change ingredients or production practices without our knowledge at any time. Although we do contact manufacturers to confirm their nut free facility status, we cannot control any changes made to their facilities. Information regarding allergy free facilities and products should be verified prior to purchase. Every person has a unique to them food allergy and reaction history, so it is up to the consumer to confirm that the manufacturing conditions are safe for their situation. We cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of ingredient or nutritional information we provide nor liable for any adverse reactions caused by the products we sell.

 

Subscription Policy

When you subscribe to one of our boxes, you will be charged at the time of ordering and on the 1st of every other month. Your first box will ship out within a few business days if your order was placed before the 15th of the month. If your order was placed after the 15th, your first box will ship within the first week of the next shipment month. All future boxes will ship within the first week of the shipment month. By signing up for this subscription box, you are agreeing to be billed at the frequency stated above.

If the payment method is declined, there will be a second attempt the following day and a third attempt the next day in order to allow you to correct any errors in the payment method. This will prevent you from having to resubscribe should the first payment be declined. After a third attempt is declined, the subscription box will be cancelled.

You are free to cancel your subscription at any time (although you'll be missing out on some wonderful goodies!); however, you must cancel before the 1st of the month to prevent a charge and shipment. Subscription charges are processed on the 1st of every other month (timezone is EST). If your subscription is cancelled after this date, the charge and box for that month will proceed with no future charges or box shipments after that month. Please contact us well in advance if you have any questions about upcoming subscription renewals.

 

Refund Policy

Except when required by law, paid subscription and one time boxes and shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns or exchanges are not accepted. However, please let us know if you are unhappy with an item in your box and we will do our best to make sure you are happy with your next box. If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email orders@nonutsaboutus.ca as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item(s) and box and we will do our best to work with you to create a satisfactory solution.
